Core Engineering

The global engineering sector—from EPCs and EPCMs to Product Engineering vendors—is undergoing a fundamental shift. As the industry moves beyond traditional digital systems, leading firms are leveraging the convergence of AGI and Physical AI to redefine operational excellence.
Because engineering is inherently process-driven and highly standardized, the industry is uniquely positioned for an “Intelligence-First” transformation. We help organizations bridge the gap between legacy rule-based systems and the future of autonomous engineering.
Bidding Process: The bidding process in Engineering is very elaborate and requires the evaluation and submission of numerous documents. Significant opportunities exist in this space for bid document analysis, bid evaluation, technical qualification, and modification, legal conformity, support evaluation, and similar proposals analysis, FEED stage estimation, to name a few.
Supply Chain: Purchasing from the right vendor at the right quality, at the optimal price, and with minimal risk is central to the project’s/product’s success. Since most engineering companies have a very structured purchasing process with a wealth of past data, the supply chain could be a low-hanging fruit for AI-based software deployments that offer rich ROI to the organizations.
Project Scheduling and Changes: This is an extremely challenging activity for Engineering companies and depends on various controllable and uncontrollable factors. Recently, LLM, GNN, Traditional ML, and optimisation technologies are being used to model the entire work process, including the supply chain, to provide a comprehensive overview of the situation. AI can be leveraged to predict project timelines, optimise resources, predict bottlenecks, and simulate contingency scenarios  for better project planning.
Engineering Digitization and Associated Automation: A large volume of engineering design-related documentation is manually processed at various stages of development and construction of a process plant for which P&ID is a crucial part its design. P&ID-based cost estimation, layout planning, intelligent digitisation of the design processes, and validation and testing of initial designs are the few items that can be automated with a combination of LLM, image processing, calling CAE/CAD tools and validating them with domain knowledge.
Construction:  Robots and drones can be easily deployed for various operations in the EPC industry. Many existing use cases of asset management, device operation, fleet management, and safety applications have immediate relevance in the construction of EPCs. Some implementations and adaptations have already started in the above use cases.
